I started doing it a month before we took a long-planned vacation to Maui. Knowing there was going to be a lot of beach – and therefore bikini – time there, I wanted to drop 15 pounds. That’s hard to do in a few weeks without some extreme diet that will just bounce right back onto you. I had heard about this program and gave it a try, and I not only lost that weight (and it didn’t come back), but I have much more energy and feel GREAT!
